The food and service here is always top notch. They always make the food just as spicy as I like it. One of our families favorite places to eat!

Amazing food, great people, and most importantly very consistent. I make a point to eat here when I'm in town.

I had the yellow curry. The chicken was tender and not overcooked and the yellow curry was creamy and perfectly spicy.

The Thai noodle dishes are particularly excellent and I recommend the sesame balls for dessert. The dining area could use a little remodeling to make it feel a bit more like a Thai restaurant, but the quality of the food will make you overlook that. The service is very friendly and attentive. This place is a gem.

Horrible!! Went in with my family for what I thought was going to be a great dinner. The Pad Thai was basically cooked onions and a few noodles. I kindly asked for something else, which I have never done. Thought Ill get an entree I know can't be messed up, sweet and sour chicken. Received my plate and they had cooked the sauce while warming up what tasted like 4 day old McDonald's chicken nuggets. My baby sis had asked for an entree to be without peanuts. The gentleman takes her plate to the kitchen, comes back to tell her she has mistaken what looks like peanuts is actually lettuce....... thank you jesus she wasn't at all allergic. And they made me pay for both of the meals that were just awful, and still had to go find something for dinner afterwards!! If I could give a 0 to this rating I would!!

Without out even tasting the food, which is probably good, we had the unfortunate experience of the soup being so hot and not put in the proper container, melt the lid and then the plastic bag which was on my lap spilling out on me while we were driving. It was pretty hot. Cheap isn't always better or safer. A a new potential customer, we won't go back there.

Went for lunch with 14 friends service was great as well as the food.

I love, love, love Thai Coconut Bay!!!! I visit it everytime I am in Pahrump! The owners are so friendly! Their pride and love shines through the made-from-scratch dishes!The Curry is Amazing!!!! I just love the tai ice tea!!!! A really Great family resturant!

Will never go here again....The last time I eat here I got really bad food poisoning......Food was horrific it tasted old and like it was reheated in a microwave. Kitchen looks like it hasent been deep cleaned in years. Would definitely tell everyone to stay away. This place needs to be shut down.

Great food and friendly very fast service. We had a party of nine and were graciously served in a matter of minutes. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is outstanding. The curry is delightful. Will return every time we are in Pahrump.

Nice restaurant with good Thai food. Remember some Thai food can get really spicy so order the spice level to your comfort level. Very good overall

Underwhelming. Terrible service, plus server lacked personality. Green Tea ice cream was pistachio. Checks delivered before dessert...and they were split incorrectly. Do yourself a favor & steer clear.

Not a fan of Thai food, but I saw the restaurant and being new to the Pahrump Valley I wanted to try it out, I was pleasantly surprised their food was actually really good. Nice service, did not have to wait long for my food. I would recommend this place to eat at.

Really like the menu here. And the crew here is very friendly. But breaking the white dude filter on the spicy level is hard to bypass.

Food was mediocre.looked better then it tasted. The appetizer we had was much better then the entre. *Shrmp tempora and pad thai. The pork salad was horribke as was the pad thai. Staff very friendly and willing to make suggestions and tried hard but all and all i wouldnt eat there again.

One star the waiter was nice. This is anything but a Thai restaurant. Spicing was they asked scale of 10 how spicy - I asked for 5...they put 5 slices of jalapeno peppers. MY wife ordered the Chinese dish, sweet chicken - they used something like Chicken McNuggets. My chicken was out of a freezer too. The green peppers they put in mine were good, however under cooked. Two meals, one drink on Luncheon special was $19.60?Oh well, Will not go back...If you try it...you won't either.

This place used to be great! I am not sure what happened but this was not Thai food. I never leave leftovers on the table at a Thai restaurant but this time I left a full curry on the table.

I LOVE THEIR CURRY DISHES AND THEIR THAI TEA. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE.

Poor quality food(friend's fried wonton was still ice cold), very slow service, messed up and forgotten orders, was charged twice for one order(compensated with cash).

I was good. The red chili coconut curry was very good.

The food at Thai Coconut Bay used to be pretty good but suddenly has gone down hill. Also they have gotten my to go order wrong several times now. This time I emphasized I wanted no tomatoes, it was written in all caps, but still it was wrong, which is extra irritating on a $15 dish that you get home to find is wrong.

Very good pad Thai in a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely retutn.

Wow!!!! This is the best place to eat in all of Pahrump Nevada!! This owners are amazing people who love food and tea with all their hearts. Great food, easy to find, great atmosphere, and the love of the business! You have to come and enjoy this amazing restaurant.

Awful food. Ordered pad Thai and got a dish sunken in sauce which had a weird awful smell. Service was nice. Won’t recommend.

Awesome Chinese food great lunch specials

This by far is the most pathetic representation of Thai food. The food was below average. I had a noodle preparation which when presented at the table, looked as if it was dumped in a pile on the plate. Tasteless and looked like it had been dumped in the garbage. An appetizer of calamari was several breaded squid rings breaded and fried. $8.95...Really? Save yourself the disappointment and skip this place. The pictures in the menu don't reflect the mess they serve. I wish I had good things to say.
